Answer each of the following questions on your designated “check-in” day (Wednesday/Saturday). Be accurate and honest with your answers – that’s how we achieve success! Don’t forget to upload three recent photos!

YOU WILL RECEIVE A REPLY TO YOUR CHECK-in ON THE SAME DAY IF YOU SEND IT IN DURING THE MORNING HOURS OF THE DAY YOU HAVE SPECIFIED but maximum within 48 hours. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK-ins ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED, SO THE LATER YOU SEND IT IN, THE LATER YOU CAN EXPECT A REPLY. IF YOU DO NOT SEND YOUR CHECK-IN ON THE DAY YOU HAVE CHOSEN (WEDNESDAY/SATURDAY), YOUR RESPONSE AND DIET/TRAINING PLAN WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK, WHICH WILL DELAY YOUR PROGRESS DUE TO THE DAYS LOST.

Weigh either once a week, on the morning of the check-in, on an empty stomach, or every morning of the week and average it on the day of the check-in.
It is important to indicate if your current portions are not enough (you feel hungry) or if you find them too much (you don't eat all of them, skip meals, etc...)
