Everyone has a different goal and everyone is evolving at a different pace. For this reason, coaching is broken down into monthly periods. There is no precondition or limitation here, it’s for everybody. During the pre-consultation, we will discuss your goal, whatever it is, and work on it until you reach it.  Online coaching does take time and effort to get the results you want to see. Your health always comes first, so there will be no drastic diet or training. To know if online coaching is something for you, you have to ask yourself: are you willing to put in the work for the results?
